Keane – Stoneware 5

A warm brown clay. Smooth and plastic with excellent throwing properties making this a good choice for learning on the wheel, Suitable for a range of handbuilding applications. Iron content adds visual texture to glazes with small iron specks visible in oxidation, to a greater degree in reduction. Fires a creamy grey in oxidation to grey with fine iron specks in reduction.
